The property is very pretty, with its garden and it also has a shared kitchen!

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Bely and Jorge were amazing hosts! They have a beautiful and private piece of paradise. They were so kind and welcoming - and lots of fun to karaoke with! The food, handcrafted beer, pool, and room were exceptional. Bely was so kind to arrange taxis for hiking, helped us with our laundry, and taught us some Spanish! They have two very cute and friendly dogs (and a cat). Their place is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a river nearby, and is just a short 30m walk to the town centre. Highly recommend staying here!

The Lazy Dog Inn also offers packed lunches. The Lazy Dog inn is a wonderfully run eco lodge above Huarez and very close to many wonderful hikes. The owners have done a fantastic job of integrating their lodge into the local environment and economy. The staff were all fantastic-especially the women working the kitchen-meals were superb made with fresh grown crops from the green houses onsite. Wayne was a wealth of information and a pleasure to talk with after a day in the mountains. I cannot recommend this place enough!
