We loved this hotel - arriving after a long day’s hike the great little spa was very welcome. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the restaurant pleasantly informal. The staff were all delightful.

The breakfast was very nice, the lady that served us the hot drinks was very kind, always laughing and helping with the buffet. The gentleman in the reception was also very likeable, we feel almost in home. The bedroom was just like the photos, nice warmed and confortable.

The host of this place Otto is a very energetic, hospitable and generous person. He tries not just meet your expectations, but exceed them, that’s why we felt like very welcomed guests. Otto picked us up from the train station, drove to supermarket in Visp, and he also offered to drive us to nice cosy restaurant in mountains but we decided not to go and relax in lodge. We had everything - fridge full with food, Lindt chocolates and drinks, 2 big TVs with Netflix, nice terrace, great sound system, comfortable bed and as a present to bring home - bottle of champaign. It was great stay and we hope to return again! Thank you, Otto!
