We were extremely tired when we arrived in the village. The Hytte shelter is really close to the end point of the trail--this was a huge relief. The common space is... spacious. Nice design and all you need in the kitchen for an overnight stay, including coffee and tea. Beds are really comfortable. Plenty of sockets in the shelter.

Amazing wooden cabine with great vibes and a really nice owner. Excellent wifi and really nice bathroom. Also the hottub and sauna were excuisite. You can walk around the big grounds after a sauna or stand in the little stream of water to cool off.

We loved it! Our 4 year old loved seeing the animals and we didn’t mind walking back and forward to the car because we got to see the animals every time. We also got a nice visit from both friendly cats for a cuddle. Was so funny seeing the cows while in the shower and hearing the cows in the morning. Beds comfy and the fly swatter was a must because there was lots of flies was hard to keep them out (unavoidable next to animals). House was so cute and having the fridge filled with a variety of drinks was fantastic and so easy to pay for.
