Favorite hotel! The staff are genuinely friendly every time we entered the hotel. When we arrived we were welcomed with a cold drink. They handed us a business card before we went out just in case we needed help getting back home. The hotel is on a quieter street in the Old Quarter but perfect access to everything you could want. They also have the BEST breakfast of all the ones we tried on our vacation. I will stay here again and again when back in Hanoi!
