I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The staff are incredible. Thanks to Suzy and Christine. They are the best. I even left my heavy suitcase here to collect on my way back home. For free! I will stay here on my way home and anytime I come to Hanoi again, which I will be doing. Train street is two minutes away walking. I love Hanoi.

Very nice breakfast, you can also order something from the menu. Hotel staff was amazing, they help you with everything. There is also a small gym, so that was plus to us. Room was big and the view was nice. Bed was very very comfortable. .

Ms Lily from the reception was amazing and friendly. She made the extra mile by sharing with us several great traveling tips. All hotel staff made us feel extremely welcomed. The family room is spacious and suitable for 3 pax. Location is convenient to many food places. As we had to check out early in the morning, the hotel staff even prepared some packed food for us to go and allowed us to store our luggages for the day after we checked out. We really appreciate their amazing service! There is a swimming pool on the sky deck floor and it’s a chill place to hangout before sleep.
