The staff and especially Phuc were fantastic. He knew what you wanted before you even asked. We could use the pool and shower on the day we took the night train out and he even prepared a small bag with some breakfast for the train. Best stay in Vietnam so far,

This might have been our favourite stay in Vietnam and we stayed 3 nights and were sad to leave. The bungalows are in such a great location. It is quiet and away from the busy street but only steps away if you want to be in the action. We easily walked to restaurants, coffee shops, spa/massage places, etc. We used the free bikes to bike to Mua Cave - if you follow google walk directions it is a little rough but a really cool bike ride. If not just follow driving directions and you stay on the roads vs dodging buffalo, chicken, goats and dogs! The breakfast offered is amazing. We had a group of 5 in 2 separate rooms. Each breakfast had 5 fruit, yogurt, toast and eggs, a Vetnamese pancake, and a drink. It was a lot of food and so good! Kept us full for hours. We used the pool at least twice each day. We traveled in Nov but it was still HOT so it was great to cool off and relax for a couple hours as a break from walking in the heat. We rented the scooters which was also a lot of fun. It was a quieter area to try them out and get comfortable before braving out into traffic. But you can also just walk or bike almost everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were great. Staff is always available to help in any way. You get a welcome drink every time you come back after a day out. And they also offer a foot bath in the evenings after a long day of walking. It comes with a delicious tea. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

The staff is exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. They organized a taxi for a half day tour to Hoa LU and Bai Dinh Pagoda. One of us had her birthday on our departure day and the hotel had a very pretty birthday cake at breakfast for her. The location is also great, We went to the Mua Viewpoint and Tam Coc with the hotel bikes (10 minutes). The hotel also have a wellness area with sauna, Steam room and jacuzzi which was really good after a day in the rain and foggy weather. A private screening room to watch movies on Netflix, afternoon tea and a roof top bar and pool which I am sure would be fantastic in the summer..

    There are a variety of boating tours, we did the Mua Cave. It was a few magical serene hours on the boat, where you can absorb the breathtaking casts that preside over the landscape whilst taking in the birds and tropical greenery.
