Great location, close to everything! Staff were friendly and helpful, they provided great information of the area and were able to hire a bike to travel around.

This is the SWEETEST place ever! They gave me an early check-in, a free upgrade (without even asking for it!), a great price for a local sightseeing tour (less than half of what you’d find on Klook etc). The day I checked out, my train onward was late evening. They allowed me a shower and a nap on the couch to shave off some exhaustion from the excursions of the day.

The hotel was very well located, within walking distance to the citadel, near restaurants and just off the shops and the Mart. Linda and Ryan as well as the other staff were very courteous and helpful and made our stay very comfortable . The breakfast was one of the best we had during our stay in Vietnam.
