The Grand Sunrise Palace Hội an was a great stay with spacious, clean rooms that had a calming vibe, a lovely pool, and free bikes perfect for exploring the area. Its location is ideal if you prefer peace and quiet, as it’s slightly removed from the city noise and traffic. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Ame, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome the entire time.

The lady who checked us in was amazing. She was there all of the time to see to our needs. She booked anything we needed and the hotel loaned us bicycles to ride to old town. It is a short walk or a shorter bike ride to the center of old town. It was lovely place to stay but it was made lovelier by the nice lady who took care of us at the front desk. Hotel was clean and efficient. It was on a busy street but we never heard the traffic. Slept like babies. We would stay here again for sure.

My stay at Lip Lip Villa was wonderful. The staffs, Helen, Lee, Hannah and Anna were very friendly and accomodating. It was our first time in Hoi An, so they were always ready to suggest places to go and food to try. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The facilities are great and clean. The hotel manager Ms Dzung is very helpful and in general the service staffs are very helpful.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind and helped us in organizing the next part of our trip, even transferring money for us. The breakfast was lovely and the location was great easy walking distance to the centre of the town but far enough away to be quiet. They even lent out bicycles if you wanted to go a bit further.
