The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. I appreciated the convenient location, the décor, cleanliness, comfortable bed and amenities. The breakfast choices were very good. The staff in all the different service areas were helpful, pleasant and efficient. The Luma Hotel was an excellent choice.

My room was spacious and extremely clean. The bed had comfortable mattress. All equipment was high quality and new. What I like, there was moving shower-head (not fixed to the wall). The location of the hotel was convenient.

The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.
