I loved everything about the hotel. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to cater to requests. They were so polite and it was one of the best experiences that I have had from beginning to end. I stayed for a week in April this year. I cannot wait to revisit this hotel. It is clean, luxurious, spacious and what makes it special are the people who work there. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

Perfect location for tourists, cozy, quiet, clean, comfortable room, good filling breakfast with good quality items (although it may get repetitive after couple of days), nice bar to get a drink (or more) after a long day of sightseeing.
