Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. The hotel staff was friendly, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. It immediately set the tone for the exceptional service that I would receive throughout my stay. And I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the complimentary snacks. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area. The location of the apartment hotel was also perfect. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The combination of excellent customer service, beautiful suites, and a great location make it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the location was excellent (many stores close by, safe neighborhood, many pubs, places to eat, close to Galata tower. The breakfast was really good too, had everything from savory to sweet and a huge variety in general. We booked this hotel 4 days prior to our arrival and I can say with certainty that it was value for money and worth it. Totally recommend it!!!!

Beautiful church where we enjoyed Mass in English. Watch out for the guy in the square outside who offers to take your picture for you, wants to sell you an overpriced book, and wants to know how much money you have! Scary!
