I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Conrad. From start to finish, everything was excellent – from the warm welcome at check-in to the overall atmosphere of comfort and luxury throughout the hotel. Although there was a small issue with my room at the beginning, it was handled promptly and extremely generously: I received a suite upgrade, which made my stay even more special and memorable. A special thank you goes to the reception team, especially Ms. Yaren, who took care of me with great professionalism and kindness. The Guest Experience Department, led by Ms. Gökçe, was also outstanding – always attentive and dedicated to making my stay as pleasant as possible. I would also like to mention Mr. Yakup, who handled my luggage. His service was highly professional, quick, and efficient – it was clear that I were in experienced hands. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the comfort is top-notch. Overall, our stay was an unforgettable experience, and I can highly recommend Hotel Conrad to anyone looking for exceptional service and luxury. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well furnished. There is a free shuttle to get to several spots (restaurants and transportation hubs).
