Reception:Khaled is a high professional manager .He could easily be part of any high class chain hotel in the world.He assures good time management of check in.He let you see the room before you pay to assure if it is all as you expected.If you come directly from a plane trip he first lets you go eat something and relax while the bags wait for you in the room.He is doing more than his position.He checks on the service in the bar,pool,spa,animation so thr whole client satisfaction Food:best in Tunis so far Hygiene: the nice ladies take care of the whole facility.you can eat from the floor.so clean. Restaurant:the waiters professional,quick,especially the chef of the salle he gives you a tour when it is your 1day to introduce you to the buffet and restaurant.

This was my first time at this hotel and spa, having found it on Booking.com. I visited from the UK with my friend for 4 nights in November. I highly recommend this hotel, it is clean, welcoming, with great food and is fantastic value for money. The team are really professional, friendly and attentive, which we rewarded with tips throughout our stay, often giving team members 10 diners (£2.50) to show our appreciation. Getting to and from the hotel was easy with the private taxi that we booked through Booking.com. The driver was waiting for us at the airport on our arrival. It was £50 for the return trip. The buffet restaurant is well stocked with food from across the world, we were never short of delicious options to choose from. The chef who prepares the pasta dishes to order was just brilliant. His presentation was superb and I could tell he genuinely cared about preparing a delicious looking and tasting dish. We tended to sit in the middle section, near the dessert bar and was served by Hatem. He was fantastic, giving us a friendly greeting and ushering us to a table. As he got to know us more, we would arrive at the restaurant to find our chosen drinks already waiting for us on our table. In the hotel bar area, the bar tenders and waiters were very professional and friendly, often remembering your drink and bringing refills to your seat. The entertainment team are really personable and full of energy. Although there were no shows that we seen, they hold participation events each evening, such as karaoke and quiz nights, which were fun. Throughout the day, the team are often found dancing around the pool area and encouraging you to join in games such as crazy golf and archery. I took part in a ‘Learn Arabic’ lesson which was great. The room was well equipped with a large bath and shower, balcony, to, mini fridge and big beds. My only criticism was that the pillows were far too hard. The cleaning team were great.

    I stayed at Hello Yasmin Hotel in Yasmine Hammamet, Tunisia, and had a good experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great—close to the beach and local attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend it to others visiting the area.

    Nice hotel, close to Carthage Land and the marina. Nice hotel bar showing live sports and serving local beers. The food was varied, with a good selection of local foods, however drinks (even water) were not available. The swimming pool was clean and a good size, but I did not spend enough time using it due to the season and weather. Good value for money for a short stay in Yasmine Hammamet.

    Beautiful resort with many facilities and great location. Close to Nabil, Old Hammamet and Yasmine Hammamet, and only an hour by car from Tunis city and Sousse city. The staff was wonderful at all facilities from reception to bar to restaurant to spa to entertainment team, etc. You can download their app to know what sort of activities are available and at which times.

    I’ve stayed at a hotel Medina Solaria and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, the rooms were comfortable with a great sea view , and the staff was amazing. The hotel's central location in Yasmine Hammamet made it convenient for us to explore the area, easy access to the local attractions , and the variety of food options surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended!

    Good morning I claim to have been the victim of a scam at the hotel le coral in Yasmine hammamet. I booked an ad on booking that contains breakfast + free parking. So in the end and after booking the offer they removed breakfast, 5 dt of towel and they also charged 10 dt for parking
