Excellent position, the building is near Ovidiu square and offers direct access to the port and beach.
The view to the port from the apartments is very beautiful.

Mianelly Center is the best place to spend a week or more, if you want to have a wonderful time in Constanța. It's perfect for a couple or for a family with two children. Located near the beach and the Art Museum, you can take a stroll towards the Old Town, the Archaeological Park, Ovidiu Square and the Casino. It's amenities are very modern and it's wonderfully decorated. The cleanliness was exceptional and the host was very helpful. I, for sure, would love to stay there again.

Location is really in the heart of the city, next to all restaurants, Ovidiu square, Casino, port and even beach not so far away.
The hotel is very nicely renovated and decorated, old and elegant architecture. Very nice and helpful host. We could rest well with the window closed, no car on the road but being in the centre of the city it is quite lively till late night.

The room was very comfortable and well equiped, there's a small fridge, a desk, lots of storage room, and a hair drier in the bathroom. There is a coffee place right downstairs with very good coffee, juice, and some beer. It is only a 30min walk to the city center (Ovidiu square) and maybe 20min to the beach.

Central location very close to the sea and the old city center. Property is located at the 3rd floor, in practice it's closer to 3.5 due to a mezzanine. There is a small church nearby, as well as a Shop&Go store (rather high prices but it accepts empty bottles recycling). Ovidiu square market and Constanta Casino are within 50-100 meters. The Casino location is serviced by public transport (bus).

Excelent location, 10 walking distance to Old Town (Ovidiu Square), 5 min to Modern Beach and 10 min to Tomis Port.
Appartment is large size (3 rooms and a kitchen) and very comfortable. They have 3 nice large size TV's (55") and internet is working well (speed 180-200 mb), except in bedroom where is less.
In the area there are 2 supermarkets and plenty of all kinds of restaurants.

This hotel is located in a quiet side street an easy walk away from Ovidiu square where there are many cafes and restaurants. It’s close to the Art Museum. It’s also an easy walk to the fish restaurants down on the harbour side. Our room was spacious with good storage, a comfortable bed and seating. Breakfast offered various freshly-cooked hot options as well as fruit/pastries etc but the sliced white bread (Mother’s Pride, for the British reader, is dire.) Coffee freshly made to order, always better than a push- button machine.

The accomodation is fine.
It's a quiet area.
The room and the bathroom were clean.
The staff is friendly.
It's a 20-minute walk to the historical centre (Ovidiu square). The walk is on one of the main boulevards, so it is safe.
