we were arrived at the Rebello when the total block out struck and it was so difficult to get food. we were ushered into our room with the very pleasant and welcoming staff. you could see they were doing the best to make us feel comfortable. the room was very spacious and with very good amenities. it was clean and very homey. we were tole that at 830 pm they would serve paella dinner at the roof top. upon dinner time we were amazed that they set up the place like there was a party and served paella salad and meat. the staff were very pleasant and reassuring and i commend them for that. for a weary international traveller to be assured and taken care off they were really amazing and worthy of commendation.

The hotel and room were amazing. Also, extremely quiet. I don't think you can get better views anyplace else. I slept like a dream in the soft comfy bed. Room was well equipped with everything I needed and rather spacious! Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The service was warm, welcoming, kind and impeccable. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!!

When I made my advance reservation months ago, I was a bit skeptical because the hotel was brand new with only one online review. However, the photos were beautiful and the location seemed amazing, so I went through with the reservation. And upon checking in, I was not disappointed. The hotel and room were very clean. Our room was loft-style with a view of the Douro River, which was located just around the corner from the hotel. The breakfast was also amazing with a variety of bread, pastries, fresh fruits, etc. Location was also amazing. It's located in an alleyway in front of the Douro River and around the corner from the Church of St. Francis. Overall, my family had an amazing stay and will definitely come back during our next visit.
