The room was neat and clean. The bathroom was spacious. Very close to the lake and walkway. Also close to eating places. Breakfast was also very good!

The Staff is very welcoming and pleasant and eager to help. It has a parking right next to the rooms. the rooms are clean and nice. it is a quiet place few minutes walking from the lake, the restaurants and supermarket. We have used it as a centre to visit Rotorua, Tongariro and Huka Falls. and even access to some running trails
