Hotels near Metro Isolatorweg, Amsterdam

Loved the view, the neighbourhood, the staff, the comfortness and the interior designing of the apartment. The whole aesthetic of the hotel left me speechless of how beautifully was created and assembled: from the design to the services(laundry room, reception, spa, gym, barber), from the entrance to the apartment. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped of everything: salt and pepper, glasses, wineglasses, a nice oven, coffee and tea, even dutch kitchen recipe books. The staff is a well prepared: they gave us directions and suggestions and tried to accommodate everything we requested, if not possible, they gave us an alternative and they were always polite while keeping it informal. They responded always immediately. The cherry on top was the birthday card with brownie with baloons they left in my room for me. It was such a kindhearted act, I really appreciated. It wasn’t planned and I haven’t said anything. A super pro was that ginormous hall: an open space which includes part of the kitchen, reception, breakfast area, cocktail bar and different comfort areas where to just hang out and relax in nice sofas, fireplace included.

Everything was clean and people were kind.

Cozy, luxurious and on great location on Dam square. The breakfast was far the best that we tried in 5 star hotels. The staff was amazing.
