EVERYTHING !!! We have last visited the resort 10 yrs ago, the updates are fantastic ! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Hotel and it's facilities are beautiful and exceeded our expectations . . . . . as usual.

The reception was really accommodating. Actually I booked two rooms, suites balcony at Sunway Pyramid & was very disappointed cos it looked so dirty & run down. We already checked in but luckily we were able to move by topping up the balance. My family really enjoyed the stay especially my goddaughter who enjoyed the pool playground. We definitely will come back again. Thank you.
