- Location and area - the small and clean gym - Edgar, the concierge, was amazing when I needed help getting my passport from a different hotel in another city. He worked really hard and was very smart in solving a tough problem with the other hotel. Edgar was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. I stayed at modern room at 47 floor. it has fantastic and dramatic view to the city. I really like it! The facilities like swimming pool and sauna you should book. that’s not comfortable. The restaurant at the 38 floor is really nice and delicious and the staff are really attentive. as for me this is the best hotel in Mexico city.
