The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mohamed took the time to show us what we could explore around the city and even arranged a guide for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best of all, when we accidentally left behind a souvenir, they went out of their way to help us get it back by giving it to someone they knew who was traveling in our direction. Great location, just around the corner from the medina. We had a brilliant room, spacious, warm, and fine view of Fes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and the trip they organised was perfect on a cold day. Cannot recommend it enough.

Location, breakfast, staff and room. All was more than perfect. Parking was very easy, just use parking Bab Jdid is at the end of the medina , it is very easy and safe to park there. The breakfast was really good and a good variety and fresh food. The room was quite large with good air-conditioning and the bathroom was really clean.
