Cleaniness and calme. The room was big enough , clean and the bed was comfortable.The managment is there for any help you need. Everyone was helpful and wanted your stay to be unforgetable. My little girl had her birthday on the same day of check in and iI asked the hotel if they can prepare something for her and they said with pleasure. They prepared a small birthday party for her. Really you made her day. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for the nice birthday surprise which made my liitle girl so happy. Thank you very much for everyone who involved in the preparation and participated in the birthday party. Big thank you! I stayed there for 3 nights, and it was one of my life's most memorable experiences. Salk isn't just a host – he's a genuinely warm soul who welcomes you like family. This was beyond what I expected, On my last day, I had to leave for the airport at 4 AM, Salk and his team arranged a reliable taxi, printed my tickets (which was necessary for boarding), and despite the early hour, they accompanied me to the taxi station, and they even packed us a breakfast to take away. the house is a hidden gem in Fes, a beautiful riad with amazing food and a terrace with an amazing view, Thank you for everything

Very beautiful lobby area. Very nice room with enough space. Staff was very courteous and helpful, especially the night shift man who prepared breakfast for us even if a bit before scheduled time
