Clean, friendly staff greeting you when you are in and out. Their lift system is good, one that doesn’t go to the floor we were at out of the three, which is good to avoid congestion.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Really helpful and friendly staff, exceptional location(1 minute walk to subway station), incredibly clean, breakfast if awesome, a lot of options. A really handy self-checkout shop on the first floor.

I had a pleasant stay. The hostel is newly renovated and the room was clean and spacious for solo traveller like me. My room was next to water dispenser and there was free instant coffee. It's only 200mtr to Naebang train station. The hostel is on 3rd and 4th floor. If you arrived there at 10am - 10pm, the reception will be able to help you with your luggages. I need to check out before 10am and I have 2 heavy luggages that I won't be able to carry down by myself and Milena, one of the receptionist there was so kind and helpful. She woke up early just to help me carry my luggages down. Five star to Milena! I definitely will stay there again in my next trio to Korea.
