United StatesOur room was an upgrade, except we could not get an upgraded room with one big bed. We had to take two twin beds. My wife and I have not slept separately in years, hahaha. But the hotel is incredibly cozy, a great old school vibe, and the room had an unbelievable view of Mt. Fuji. Highly recommend this hotel.

ItalyOne of the nicest hotels as ever stayed at. Incredible location and unforgettable view of Mt Fuji, the room was absolutely amazing, with our private sauna and private onsen. We wished we would have stayed one more day at least. Get the room with the private onsen, it’s worth it!

We were pointed in the right direction to view the pagoda, then cycled onto the Lake, stopping for a meal on the way. It had all the amenities and two large beds. The room was spacious and comfy. The best thing about the hotel was their onsen. We had 5 different hotels with onsens during our trip in Japan, but the onsen in this hotel was definitely the best.
