Everything! Friendly staff, cozy accomodations and perfect location in the heart of Shibuya. Definitely reccomend.

Everything was smooth and according to expectations. Clean, quiet (actually extremely quiet, with very good sound insulation), good breakfast. Only a few minutes away from JR lines and Tokyo Metro.

Excellent! The hotel is a straight walk out of exit 2a (stairs only, 2b has escalators) of Gaienmae station (Ginza Line). The reception is on the 9th floor (labeled LB in the elevator) and the rooms are from the 10 floor upwards. I didn't know there was a public bath but I couldn't use it during my stay anyway. It's small but serves it purpose! The rooms are very spacious for Japanese hotels and well organized. The toilet and bath were separate making the bathroom more spacious. I had an East facing room right over one of the stadium and it was excellent. I got to see the sunrise in the morning over the city with my cup of tea and even saw a bit of a college baseball game late in the morning. It seems the southwest(?) facing rooms could give you a view of Mt. Fuji! I got a shock passing by a room during cleaning! There are plenty of convenience stores on the way to the hotel and there seems to be a 7/11 in the narrow streets behind the hotel. If you like long walks, you could even take the main road down to Omotesando and further on to Shibuya station. Water was provided in the room but you have to get amenities from the lobby. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. I would be happy to stay in the hotel again and even recommend it to others.

The hotel is situated in an exceptional location in Shinjuku which is a perfect transportation for train n buses. The customer services is outstanding from check in, bfast to checked out! We were staying on its popular Grand Premier which has access to the Grand Club Lounge that serves wonderful array of food, drinks and snack but the best bit is, you get to see the whole of Tokyo Skyline from the 45th Floor! Amazing..

At the heart of bustling activity in Shinjuku. So convenient to shops and eateries and bars. Best of all is the direct shuttle to and from Narita and Haneda.
