I checked in quite late night but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very polite. The room was clean and the bathroom and the toilet is separated. The bathroom was the Japanese style. The location is right in front of the train station but it’s not noisy at all. Just be careful that you have to go to the other part of hotel to check in if you arrived after 9pm (forgot exactly the time). You can walk around outside to get to the other part of the hotel or you can go up floor 3 and take a bridge to get to the other side. The breakfast is good.

As it was the month of Ramadan, I was fasting and couldn't have breakfast. However, the fact that there is a market available 24/7 in the facility is excellent. Everything is easily accessible, from restaurants and shopping malls to a spa and clinic. The facility is superbly designed, and every detail is carefully thought out. I have been staying in APA hotels since arriving in Japan, and it has been incredibly comfortable. The staff is very well trained and always ready to assist you. The facility's location is perfect, making it an ideal spot to stay for both a holiday and a business trip.

    There are some big bath (onsen style) room for all customer. We enjoyed it a lot. Also 2 convenience store inside the building. We stay at triple room of central tower, and we could view Mt. Fuji from the window. Good location, not far from the Kaihin Makuhari Station and the Mitsui Outlet park for shopping. Awesome accommodation!
