The location was great! Breakfast was amazing!

The hotel was impressive from the outside (high rise), and even more so upon entering. Room was clean and comfortable. All staff encountered were helpful, professional and extremely courteous.

The space was exactly as described and more. Loads of space and comfortable. We really appreciated that the shower had it's own room outside of the sink area so people could get ready at the same time. The instructions with pictures on how to find the place was very helpful. There is plenty to eat around too.

Fantastic location with great facilities, and easy access to central areas of Tokyo . Loved staying by the pool - the entire floor was fantastic, and well served. The rooms were very nice, clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Good location in a quiet place but only about a hundred meters from the shopping area and restaurants, room space comfortable for 3pax or more compared to other hotels, clean and neat with modern amenities.

Absolutely everything -This is THE ultimate location in the heart of Shibuya, Tokyo. The Location: I can’t stress enough about how perfect this location is. An ultimate dream for first time visitors or hardcore shoppers. Everything you need and want is literally out the door of this hotel - shopping, convenience stores, food and even Forex exchangers. I found myself having to drop off my shopping bags with ease each time, eliminating the need to carry lots of big, heavy bags and return to the hustle and bustle within minutes. The Room: in my opinion I had the best room with ample space for packing, relaxing and movement. Adequately equipped with all the essentials, a nice AC and good nights rest of peace and quiet despite it being a stones throw away from the action. The Staff: All of them made the experience even more special. Whoever was on duty at any given time went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. Over and above the great service, good command of the English language and warm welcome, I had some amazing conversations with all of them which was added bonus. I highly recommend staying here as you simply cannot get any better location, staff and service anywhere else.
