Completely exceeded our expectations. The onsen was amazing, has an outdoor, indoor, cold pool, two saunas and three pool in different temperatures The hotel staff was really nice, the food is great and there are always little treats waiting for you everywhere We stayed in the summertime when the hotel wasn't at full capacity

My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The ski-in & out feature provided unbeatable convenience, directly connecting us to the slopes.
