Our stay was awesome! The staff is really very nice and friendly, basically you can ask them anything if they can help they definitely do and even extra mile. The toilet might be abit small but overall is really very nice and cozy, the guesthouse 7~10min walk is nippori station. Easy to travel from airport too. Really love it, will be back again if visit Tokyo

This Hotel was in a brilliant location, very close to the station and supermarkets. Very nice room, spacious and excellent facilities. The Hotel staff were very helpful and put our family group in adjoining rooms as requested.

The location was great, right in the middle of the Kappabashi district AND with a view of the Tokyo Skytree. Walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places (although the Skytree is further than it looks) but that of course depends on how mobile one is. However, we walked to the hotel from Ueno station with suitcases and found that quite manageable. But then we did arrive after 6pm when it was cooling down. Tokyo was in the middle of a heatwave, so had we arrived around noon, we would probably have taken a taxi. It was great to have an appartment-style room with all that entails. We were very happy to use the washing mashine/dryer which worked extremely well. This not being a keycard place that controls electricity (access door code instead), one could do the laundry while not at the property. Being able to leave our luggage there after check-out was a life-saver.

I lived here for 1 month, it's a great choice, fully recommended!! Great location, only 5 minutes or less walking to the Sensoji Temple. There is a huge Don Quijote market or pharmacy just down the street, you can buy every thing there very easily. The hotel is very close to many places, such as subway station, bus station, Life Supermarket, Rox 3G Shopping Mall, and many interesting cafes, restaurants and shopping streets. The breakfast included is served by a cafe outside, only 4 options everyday, basic choice but all are very delicious for me. The room is very well equipped: small kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine(wash&dry), foldable dining table and ironing board. The space is good for me, I got 3 suitcases (2 big ones) and still find enough room to move around. In the lobby there are two drawers in which you can find more free kitchen cooking and eating items: bowls or tools for bakery, disposable tableware and napkins, candy, etc. Staff are very nice and helped me a lot. You can get free amenities by asking. There are extra payment services, such as the selling of necessary seasonings for cooking, printing service, etc.
