We absolutely loved our stay here. We got there by taxi from Roma Termini and was a short drive. The hotel is situated walking distance from the Spanish steps and tons of shopping. The room was fantastic. We had the junior Suite (hotel gave us an upgrade for free!). The styling of the hotel was very modern and the amenities matched! It was so spacious. The room also had a super comfortable bed. Lastly, the tv allowed for easy streaming of our series and movie favorites. The staff was super friendly and helpful. On our last day we had an early flight and they even packed us some to-go breakfasts. Speaking of breakfast, it is a must!

They looked beautiful but unfortunately a wee old man took a wrong turn and drove down them which meant they had to be closed off to be surveyed for any damage. Tip: lock up your grandad and take away his car keys if you want to visit

Just down the street below the steps is the headquarters of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. This possibly qualifies as the "World's Smallest Country", as Italy has given this building Extraterritorial status, which means Italy has no authority here. The Order issues its own stamps, which are sendable only to some countries. Most countries don't recognize the sovereign status of the Order, but it has official observer status at the U.N.

Beautiful day on the Spanish Steps. After we roamed around, we found a table at the rooftop bar at the top of the Spanish Steps and had some beer and wine - very relaxing and we could see the entire city from the rooftop bar.

    Beautiful

Beautiful Bering to Rome 20 years ago, really enjoyed sightseeing again and beeing able to see the beautiful parts of Rome. The only thing that really shocked me at every place was the dirt and rubbish everywhere. The tourists don’t care where they leave their stuff, no one is willing to carry their rubbish until it can be disposed properly. People just through their rubbish into the beautiful flowers/nature or leave it on the floor. This is a no go and should be fined, I’m sure they would have enough money then for a proper clean up. Especially in the heat, the rubbish smells and makes the whole town look bad. I cannot believe how disrespectful tourists and the own people are to such a lovely city.

    Good view from the top.

Good view from the top. Other than that, not super impressive. Also don’t shake hands with the migrants. This is one of the main places they try and slip a trinket (usually bracelets) into your hand and then badger you to pay them for it.

This is a lovely well equipped apartment in an excellent, quiet location about 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. There are restaurants and small grocery nearby. Bed in bedroom comfortable. Nice to have 1 and 1/2 baths. Host recommended restaurants and helped to schedule taxi to airport upon departure. Hosts available for any questions or problems.

Very nice area with many shops and restaurants and cafes. About a 15 minute walk to Vatican City and 30 minutes to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Building felt safe with big wooden doors at front entrance. The hotel was the first one that actually looked like a real hotel by appearance and structure.

Everything!!! Loved that its located across the street from the American Embassy! The staff is AMAZING! Very thoughtful, considerate, helpful, etc. LOVED them all! Loved the spa! I had one of the BEST massages ever! I almost booked a hotel closer to the Spanish steps but I’m glad I didn’t. It’s way too crowded and noisy over there. This hotel feels super safe and it was quiet. I slept so well! I seriously can’t say enough positive things about this stay. I hope to return to Rome and stay at this property again.

the location of this apartment is great. You step outside to the piazza and are steps from the Spanish steps. very beautiful area, feels safe at night to enjoy. the bed was the most comfortable of our trip which helps you to get a good nights rest! we had some confusion on our part one evening with our keys. we were at the wrong door in the building! it was 10 pm or later and the host communication was prompt to help us! the included breakfast is a short walk to a cafe which is very nice and easy to navigate.

The location of the property is amazing. It is two blocks away from the Spanish Steps and in the middle of some of the best shopping in the world. Restaurants and cafés are everywhere. We easily walked to all of the major sites in central Rome. There is PLENTY of room in the apartment, so it’s easy to move around. We also really enjoyed the proximity to St. Cecilia’s Conservatory. During daylight hours, our windows were open and they were filled with the sounds of beautiful music and opera being rehearsed. It was a huge bonus for us!

Excellent location close to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and major shopping. Walkable to all the sites, even the Vatican. Very comfortable room and whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is very helpful too. I highly recommend this hotel. A wonderful restaurant is right around the corner, Taverna Ripetta. Also one of the oldest in Rome. You’ll need a reservation.
