This little hotel provides comfort and amenities that you would expect at a much higher price. Aside from the attractive and very comfortable room, there was a welcoming lounge for relaxing, and a generous breakfast was served in another. character-filled space. The staff is extremely pleasant and goes out of their way to make guests feel comfortable.

Our stay at Hotel Monastero Sant'Andrea was short but absolutely beautiful and enjoyable. The location is perfect, very close to everything in Assisi, which made exploring the town so much easier and more pleasant. The staff were brilliant and genuinely welcoming, adding a personal touch that made us feel well cared for. The food was tasty and satisfying, just what we needed to recharge after a day out. One of the highlights was definitely the view from the balcony, stunning by day, and absolutely magical at night. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Assisi. Overall, we left with lovely memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great location. Friendly staff. Cleanliness in the rooms. Own parking however paid separately. Good typical Italian breakfast but really good. We are looking forward for opportunity to stay again.

If you want to see the paintings (Giotto, P Lorenzetti,...

If you want to see the paintings (Giotto, P Lorenzetti, Cimabue, S Martini) in the Lower Basilica it is worth checking for service times as the church is closed for tourism. In winter 2024-25 the only substantial free time is between 1 pm and 4 pm and also 8-10:30 weekday. There are far less services in the Upper Church (Giotto cycle).

The apartment was very pleasant, so delicately decorated, well furnished nice (dishes....) and the view from the windows of the room was extremely fascinating & incredibile. It is very very well located, at less thann15 mn from the Basilica di San Francesco & less than 10 mn of the Chiesa Santa Maria Maggiore. Luca was extraordinary & very nice.

It was exactly as expected from the info online. From my room it had a beautiful view of the basilica di san francesco, which changed dramatically as night fell and I was mesmerised by it. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was easy to reach by car and If I am in the area again I will have no hesitation in staying here again.

We had a pleasant and comfortable breakfast and Mrs, Maria served a nice capucino and espresso. B&B is located on the hill and the room has a panoramic view overlooking Toscana plain. The room was cosy and very clean and many decorations in the room made us feel like at home. It takes 30 minutes to walk through historic sites to Basilica di San Francesco.

Great location close to the bus station and only a short walk from the main attraction, Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi. Really a home made breakfast by the owner! Owner Anna is local, so she can tell you about Assisi and can give valuable tips where to go and what to do. Spotless and comfortable room and bathroom!

Superb location, just a short walk to the Basilica di San Francesco, which to us was the main attraction of the city. Lovely medieval building, with a fresco of the madonna and child above the door to the building. Fridge full of water, & on the first floor. The location was just fantastic, not far from one of the ancient portals to the walled city, so quite close to a parking lot just outside the city walls.

the room are beautiful in reality a mini apartment , with a beautiful traditional refurbishment exactly like the pictures on the website , the location its the best in the central Assisi very close to the main square and 10 minute walk from Basilica di San Francesco and the view from the terrace is breathtaking , Frate Sole Suite

Down at the hill of Assisi the location offers a splendid view on the Basilica di San Francesco. You reach the facility by car through a private road. Inside the house you have all facilities, except laundry machine. All very clean and comfortable. Parking facility at the house and a nice terrace (if the weather is fine, which was not the case at my visit).

Anna and Davide are lovely couple who welcomed me to Assisi. They prepare home made breakfast, my favourite is torta salata the Easter cake. The house is peaceful, clean, comfortable. The location is superb, just a few steps to Basilica di San Francesco. This house made my stay in Assisi very memorable. Yes, i would say you can call this a house/home instead of accommodation. Warmth of a home is there. Grazie mille Davide and Anna. Ciao!
