Taxi costs between 35-50 NIS. There is a bus service running between 7:30 in the morning till 7:30 in the evening ( bus no. 275) cost 6-7 NIS per person. This is no good for the people who wants to go to pray morning Fajr and evening Magrib and Isha Salah. It is also difficult to find a taxi from Damascus Gate at Masjid Al Aqsa and also from hotel.
