Overall, a dream stay. Beautiful grounds, beautiful building and luxurious decor. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of lovely little touches like classic movies each evening, gourmet dinner in the Pullman restaurant which is actually two train carriages from the original Orient Express, stylish cocktail bar and relaxing reading room in the Abbey.

Our stay here was excellent! The staff is AMAZING and super helpful. The room was large and very clean. The hotel breakfast is a great value for what you pay and the hotel's location couldn't be better. Probably the best hotel selection I have ever done. Right in the city center next to all major attractions, landmarks, pubs and restaurants. Recently renovated, rooms and common areas feel clean and welcoming. The room is extremely spacious and cozy, providing astonishing view of the river Corrib (see image from my window below). Breakfast providing many options, making me happy. Carpark available right next to building. Finally the city is amazing.
