The staff could not do enough to make our stay the most comfortable and lovely experience. Even when we had a noisy neighbour they went over and beyond to sort this. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel in a while. The room was lovely, really modern and stylish. The location was also perfect, so central to everything that’s good in Budapest! We will be back thank you!!

Heroes' Square

With its huge 36-metre-high column, it’s not hard to spot Heroes Square. Take photographs of this iconic monument or wander around the Vidam Park, where you might stumble across a free outdoor event. In the park, you’ll also see the impressive Vajdahunyad Castle, home to the agricultural museum and a cheap enough attraction if you’d like to go inside.

History, pageantry and pride is evident all around this area. Take some time to follow the tales of how and why this place came to be and you get a better sense of the people. The nearby castle and restaurant are stunning to say the least.
