The property was so clean and it has a modern style. It’s really good hotel for small families that want relax and chill with a nice view of the river. It’s located at river right after the street. The staff are so nice and helpful. From day one till I left the hotel Marimi gave me a worm welcome and asked me if I need any help. Two days later Tamta helped me to find nice places to visit and Kate always has a nice smile and asking if I need help. In general, the hotel and its staff made my vacation. I’d thank them.

I had a delightful stay at this boutique hotel set within a beautifully restored 19th-century building. The decoration is impeccable, with particularly gorgeous wallpapers that caught my eye. We stayed in this hotel 3 times during our stay of one month in Georgia. We highly recommend it. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The room rate was excellent. We stayed in Room 5 (with a small balcony) and Room 7. We liked both rooms, but we especially enjoyed room 7 because it was bigger. Rooms were cleaned daily, which was not done in other hotels we used. Bottled water was provided in the room daily. Thoughtful touches like this made this hotel an excellent choice. People working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It was one of the best breakfasts we had; there were some Georgian dishes, and the food varied somewhat from day to day. Even the breakfast room was a comfortable space. If guests are considering using a private driver during their stay, we would suggest asking the owner here for help. He drove us a few times, and he was a careful driver who provided a lot of information. His rates were very competitive. He also picked us up at the airport when we arrived at 4 a.m. Of course, there was a cost, but it certainly reduced our stress of trying to get to the hotel on our own at this time of the day. For runners who are participating in the Tbilisi Marathon (It is a Half Marathon, but organizers refer to it as a marathon. This year it was held on Sunday, October 1, 2023.), this hotel is very well located. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the start/finish line. We were also given "food boxes" the night before because we would be up too early for breakfast; this was great, as I had some food before running.
