The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

Forth return visit same room as requested all good as before.

I booked the Westbridge Stratford for my parents, who where in London to see ABBA Voyage and to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday - so have not been there myself. Nevertheless, the hotel staff has been incredibly courteous and attentive - in communication with me and regarding its service towards my parents. They had only good things to report and were especially impressed with the warm welcome and room decoration. I had booked the bubble package as a surprise but the staff went above and beyond with a handwritten birthday card and golden ballons. They even brought the luggage up to my parents room - to my fathers embarassment. ;-) My parents also enjoyed the breakfast. When I asked, they mentioned that they noticed some slight vibrations in their room due to bypassing traffic and that it was not completely sound proof. But they had been to London before and said that it is like this most places and nothing that kept them from a good nights sleep. All in all they enjoyed their stay very much and I want to give a big thanks to the staff for making my parents stay an unforgettable memory.

Beena from the front desk helped us get an early check in since I was working that day. This huge considering none of the hotels in London have accomodated me regarding early check in in the past one year, and I have been travelling to london every other week. The waiting area is great as it has drinks and food options.

Location close to station and shops. Hotel itself was new. Nice design. Great staff. Room was cozy and warm. Breakfast was excellent.

The location and ease of check in was so good, and the room itself was very clean and luxurious.Overall considering it's a hotel in London it's very well priced for where you are and what you get for it.
