Everything, one of our rooms A/C was not working, the staff changed it in less than an hour and offered to help moving our stuff as we were already checked in. Big bounce of free usage of laundry room.

Staff friendly and helpful, accommodation spotless and the breakfast had a lovely selection.

From the moment i walked through the doors i was made to feel welcome. the gentleman who welcomed me to the hotel was very friendly. i asked for extra coffee pods and milk and he gave without issue. the staff are very attentive and happy to help with any request.
