Beautiful property surrounded by the stunning U.K. countryside but still only minutes from shops and a local town ten minutes drive away The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space ( the honeymoon suite I think called M) The breakfast was absolutely delicious and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming

I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. All the amenities we needed were available, and upon request, a mini refrigerator was promptly provided, which was essential for storing our baby’s milk. The staff members were a highlight of our stay—they were incredibly polite, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every little request we had was taken into consideration and addressed promptly. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, with everything being warm and fresh. The quality of the food was excellent. Additionally, the restaurant and bar exceeded our expectations with their extensive menus and delicious options. Room service was also top-notch, providing many choices that catered to all our needs.

Everything went extremely well. Check-in was swift, efficient and carried out professionally but also very friendly. All the staff were incredibly well mannered, jovial, efficient and pleasant, etc, etc. Breakfast was in our opinion exceptional and of course included in the price. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. Bathroom and shower functional and above all clean (although Im not a fan of triple mirrors - I get confused - lol). The bar is fine for the last drink at the end of the day (hotel bar prices are expensive wherever you stay). Location is central with excess easy - and free parking. We would book this hotel, should we visit Stoke again.

My room was clean, incredibly comfy bed and pillows, nice clean bathroom. Staff were incredible, especially Izzy helped me a lot, including extending the stay at hotel for additional day. Always nice and never in a rush, same for Ilda. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

An idyllic setting to a well appointed hotel. Large rooms (Stone Cottage) and comfy beds. Breakfast served in the main building with a relative large choice, all freshly prepared. The lake and the environs are magnificent.

    Closeness to city centre. Taxi ride to Regent Theatre was cheap - £5 each way with 'Lucky 7' taxis. Reception guy was friendly and very helpful - gave us extra milk and decaf coffee/tea for the room.
