It's a wonderful boutique hotel, very close to good restaurants and sightseeing locations. Very friendly staff that welcomes you as you were at home. Very good bed, quite area and amazing breakfast.

Great breakfast - a good selection, high quality products and fantastic service. Staff were always friendly and polite, check-in process was very easy, and rooms were great. Good size, clean, great value for money. Windows were double-layered, so no noise was coming from the street below. Hotel was right near a new metro line, so travel to and from the city was very simple, too.

Our 3rd visit in 3 years and it continues to be excellent. It feels like home rather than a hotel. Staff are wonderful. You are made to feel so welcome. Location is perfect for rail trips into London or boat trips to Richmond or Hampton court, or just a short walk into Kingston over the river. Free secure parking and a great breakfast, what's not to like. Will we be back? Of course we will!

We arrived at the hotel to find 1 of our party had an issue, through no fault of the hotel, Dace on reception couldn't have been more helpful to sort us out. Staff, food & accommodation were top class, couldn't recommend highly enough. Breakfast was excellent!!

The room for three was extremely comfortable and quiet, with lovely views onto the gardens. The beds were great and we all slept very well! Breakfasts were very good and staff were helpful and friendly.

Perfectly located near Heathrow Terminal 5. Cheaper then a lot of airport hotels. Functional hotel with badic facilities but exactly what we needed from a pre-flight hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive and helped with all our questions about transport to the airport (we got the bus as much cheaper then the pods).

Location! Really close to Heathrow Terminal 5 - about 10mins by Bus. Also had the Heathrow Hopper Shuttle that stops right in front of the hotel, makes it really convenient if you've got luggage. Staff were also genuinely willing to help. I came in early and they were able to check me in as soon as room was ready (earlier than normal check in time). This hotel is underated!

Nice room with a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff, nice pub in front of the hotel that has good Thai food. Bus right in front of the hotel that takes you to Heathrow terminal 5. Had a very nice stay!

This hotel was very close to Heathrow for a very early flight the next morning. The room was spacious enough and the restaurant offered a great variety along with the viewing deck very close to runways. The pod shuttle service to and from Heathrow Terminal 5 was very easy to use.

It's clean, comfortable, modern and the staff were welcoming. Rooms were spacious, larger than expected, well-decorated, and well-appointed. A lovely big comfortable bed and bathroom. The hotel is very well-positioned for the quick 703 bus ride from Heathrow Terminal 5. There's even self-check-in for busy times. A lovely pub just over the road with tasty Thai food too is a bonus. We could barely hear any planes taking off. Highly recommended!

Helpful reception staff. Spacious room and a comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making facilities. The transport by pod from Heathrow Terminal 5 is convenient, although quite expensive at 8 euros. However, I understand this pricing is outside of the hotel's control.
