Calm, comfortable, flexible booking and easy check in . Helpful staff. I used it as a middle stop to my trip to Brussels, which is perfect destination.

Very pet-friendly and generally very friendly staff! The facilities were perfect for traveling with our feline family members. The room was quite spacious and we enjoyed having coffee in the the lobby. Very comfy beds and very comfy pillows - we even bought some to take home with us. This was our second stay here within 10 days and it sure won't be the last!

This is an excellent hotel, clean, spacious, good beds and outstanding staff. We brought our three dogs with us, which was no problem, but were told that we could not bring them in the breakfast room (perfectly understandable for us) when we booked, so we did not book the breakfast. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted breakfast the day after as well: we indicated that we had the dogs with us and the friendly employee told us that indeed the breakfast room was not possible, but we could take breakfast in the bar/salon. After a good sleep we went to the bar/salon in the morning and another friendly employee even set the table for us and brought water for the dogs, an excellent service! The breakfast itself was also outstanding with a large choice, so everyone will have something to their liking. Furthermore, the hotel is located around at an excellent spot in the city center and the possibility to reserve a parking space was great. A message for the hotel manager: please give our compliments to your staff, they really know the meaning of hospitality!
