The hotel is perfectly located close to the top of Montmartre should you wish to spend time in the area, but still low enough (and close to buses and the metro) not to require you to climb all the way to the top on the way back from exploring other parts of Paris. It is pretty, the staff are lovely and helpful, and the free hot and cold drinks (as well as the honesty bar for wine) in the afternoon were much appreciated. Do ask the staff for reccomendations; they really know their stuff.
