The hotel is organised and clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel's management is always attentive to small details, for example: I was unable to take a shower due to maintenance work that was being carried out and as soon as the issue was resolved, I received a small bag in my room containing the best coffee in Ethiopia, some biscuits and a card apologising for the inconvenience caused by the momentary interruption of the water supply.
