Exceptionally appointed, not one thing was not well taken care of. No kettle but you can ask at reception and they will promptly deliver one. The location is excellent in the same block as the subway entrance. There's lots of food options, bakeries, cafés, supermarkets and two exceptional options for dining, la gastronómica right across the street and while we were unable to try their own bistro looked as well cared as the hotel.

Oh-em-gee! What can I say about the hotel design? It’s truly one of a kind — every corner, item, and piece of equipment is thoughtfully placed with purpose and style. The location is unbeatable: right near the city center, Plaça de Catalunya, La Rambla, and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. You’re also surrounded by many attractions, including the iconic Casa Batlló. The coffee area was such a great idea — cozy, welcoming, and filled with amazing snacks! I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a better room with more space as a birthday treat — such a thoughtful gesture! The staff were incredible. A special shout-out to Chanti for being super helpful, and to Emilios the boss (Professional, attentive, and the real deal) 😎

Hotel building itself made us feel like we are really in Barcelona. Exceptionally clean rooms, very convenient location close to 2 metro stations of L3 (green line) on La Rambra, very helpful and kind staff, very beautiful spa at the basement floor and an open pool with a bar and changing rooms at the roof top. 2 free drink tickets were given when we checked-in. Luggage storage after you check-out. A great hotel that we will definetely stay next time 👍

Montjuïc

This seaside hill is Barcelona’s natural lookout spot. A cable car runs up to the castle on the top for bird’s-eye views, with the Miró Foundation, Poble Espanyol and MNAC Art Museum adding a touch of culture. At the foot of Montjuïc, water, light and music combine in the spectacular Magic Fountain show.

Not essential if time limited as the fort has historical significance and is a good lookout over the city however if short of time could be spent better elsewhere eg Juan Miro Art Gallery a “must” if interested in contemporary art

It was beautiful but we took the red line hop on hop off bus and that was the worst waste of money. That was my one disappointment in Barcelona. There was about a 30 second explanation of what each stop was. When we got to a lookout the bus just roared by so couldn't get a snapshot of the city. When I've gone on hop on hop off in other cities it's been great but the red line was a definite flop - couldn't wait to get off.

It’s nice, marvelous view over Barcelona but a really long journey to get there, long walks. Not suited for real small Kids ,carriages. Plus a lot of vendors and another 15€ to enter it. Rather expensive exhausting trip for a picture. As said stay in Barcelona since a teen (1991) during summer.
