The hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. I spent 4 nights (long weekend) at the hotel as I attended a concert on Saturday at the stadium metropolitano. The location was very important to me, to have 'direct' access to and from the stadium, to have an easy return after the event (i.e. direct metro line to the stadium) . There are 3 other metro lines in front of the hotel and a few more within a short walk. One line right in front of the hotel brings you to the city center (SOL) in less than 15 minutes. With this line you can also reach the bullring, if you attend one show. Also easy access to the Bernabeu. There is a supermarket a few steps from the hotel, which is open 24/7 if you wanna grab some water etc. Ahead of my arrival I asked for a quiet room and I have never slept so well at a hotel before. The room was super super super quiet, no noise from the street (only other guests were slamming the doors starting at 7am, even though you could have closed the room door silently..., but it is not the hotel's fault). The bed is OMG, extremely comfortable and big. The room was always spotless clean and the bathroom also very modern with walk in shower. At the reception everybody is extremely nice and kind. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Got a few tears in my eyes when I left the hotel and I was on my way to the airport. This hotel has everything you need for a perfect weekend. Not directly in the center but very very close and with easy access, quiet rooms with the best beds ever.

Absolutly an amazing hotel sit in a particular historical architecture, with very well decoration inside the room, clean, convenient and well organized. There is also a small balcony inside the room, can help you better view the sights. The hotel stuffs are professional, check-in and check-out very fast and easy. This is an awesome property, extremely well located very close to most of the attractions, extremely courteous and helpful staff, amazing rooms, the room was quite spacious, the breakfast spread is superb…. And the restaurant staff are polite and courteous. The best part of this hotel is the always smiling face of every hotel staff…. That speaks a lot about their nature and treatment of guests. We had access to the Red Lounge, thanks to the person at the time of check in who suggested this, as it was at an extra cost, but completely worth it. Superb experience overall, will definitely stay here when we come next to Madrid. One more thing…. Do not miss the view of Madrid fr the terrace, it’s breathtaking and amazing.
