The room was very pleasant and clean. Everything was really comfortable, the views were nice and the location is awesome - 10 min from the airport by train and about 15 min from the city center by metro. For such a low cost of the stay (low for Copenhagen standards) the quality was amazing. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The check-in and check-out process was effortless.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are not too hard (at last a hotel where it doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on a park bench!) and the family room vibe of the lobby is real. I used the desk area and printer and it worked great. We spent 4 nights total and I'd gladly go back. Copenhagen is a great city!

They have so many nice common areas where you’ll find everything you need. The staff are also very helpful and accommodating. The pool is heated too! And the steam sauna is powerful. Breakfast is nice too.
