Great value for the price, the hotel rooms have been renovated recently, very clean and modern ambiente. The location is outside of Düsseldorf in a very quite area, still you can be in the city in about 20min. You can also take the ferrie to get acorss the Rhine and save 10min travel to the city.

A beautiful hotel with a great environment, friendly staff, and a rich, delicious breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and the transportation was very convenient — only 12 minutes from the airport. The subway station is right next to the hotel. It was our first time here, and after staying for three days, it felt like home.

Excellent hotel, rooms are nice, very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Very tasty breakfasts. Dogs welcome. That was our 2nd stay and not the last one. Highly recommend

From check-in to check-out, I was greeted and blessed with absolute excellence at all levels. The hotel is seamlessly integrated within the airport complex, thereby being straightforwardly accessible to and from the terminal (either via departure or arrival floors). And all that in absolute silence, with not even the faintest sign of noise from the airport operations. The overall layout and ambiance are refreshingly simple, welcoming and sympathetic, with smooth soothing tones and nicely traditional decor with subtle elements in a relaxing no-frills atmosphere. The staff was outstandingly welcoming, diligent and helpful, especially at the reception, at the evening bar, and at the restaurant. The room was abundantly equipped, spotlessly clean, fresh and comfortable, showing further excellence from management to maintenance and cleaning personnel. All those staff members who were on duty from the evening of May 20th to the late morning of May 21st deserve uttermost praise, having provided a 5-star experience far exceeding the expectations associated to a mid-upper-ranked 4-star accommodation. Having stayed before in a direct competitor at the same airport, I can wholeheartedly recommend Sheraton outright due to the staff, ease of access, cozy comfort and overall quality, even if at a higher price. At Sheraton, you will feel welcome and well taken care of. You find smart, witty, kind, diligent professionals throughout. It may not be the glitzy Sheraton that one finds in some United States and tropical destinations, but frankly I prefer the way it is: a cozy premium business-oriented unit that makes the discerning business professional feel at home away from home, and that is the best luxury one can have. The fruitful and enriching exchanges with bar, restaurant and front-desk professionals surely contributed to that feel. Congratulations to the whole team, and until next time!
