Location was perfect, room size was large and extremely comfortable, nice touch with coffee/tea and robes and slippers, the staff was very knowledgeable about Prague and professional. I appreciated that there was someone there 24 hrs. They also assisted in coordinating reliable taxi service to/from train station. Their small restaurant was great for a nightly nightcap and family gathering.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.. The staff are extremely friendly, caring and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide choice for everyone, and is freshly made, and good quality. The bed was extremely comfortable, and no overhead noise from other rooms, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing the best stay in Prague.
