I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. When I arrived, the receptionist was professional and welcoming, offering a drink voucher and asking if I needed any assistance. The check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of the welcome drink in the lobby. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant view of the street. I liked having an espresso machine with coffee and tea options, which made the room feel cozy. The bathroom had good water pressure, and the large bathtub was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast had a nice variety of fresh breads, cheeses, fruits, and coffee and tea options. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff kept everything well-organized and clean. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, allowing me to have a smooth Zoom call without interruptions. At check-out, the reception team kindly provided me with a discount voucher for a future stay, a bottle of water, and a keepsake magnet. Overall, the hotel’s friendly staff and central location made my stay very enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again! I don’t usually do reviews but this hotel was amazing. It had a great location, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was always nice and caring. My boyfriend and I loved Prague and loved this hotel, we will definitely be staying here every time we come back!
