The location was great. Very close to Centro Comercial Andino and Zona T. Walking around the neighborhood was a pleasure and we felt very safe. The hotel staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious.

My stay was over the Christmas period and the staff went out of their way to provide amazing service with special treats including traditional desserts served on Christmas Eve. I was also given a sleep kit with lavender oil, a herbal mask, herbal sleeping pills - I slept well each night! Plus the food in the restaurant and breakfast - all delicious!
