Room was nice and clean. Staff was easy to communicate with and helped us carry our luggage to our room. So kind. They also arranged transport for my large family to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel 5 elementos corferias. Front Office Staff Camilo and Alejandro were really friendly. Especially Camilo gave us nice suggestions. Breakfast was very authentic and staff David was nice and prepared us delicious eggs with vegetables. Housekeeping ladies were polite and helpful. Overall room was clean and had a nice interior design. The only thing that really bothered us was the early renovation and construction noise. It started like 6 or 630am. Muchas gracias! Hotel is in a good location. It’s very close to very good restaurants. Staff is really nice and helpful.
