Location was amazing. Close to all the activities and cool places on Centro. Rooms were very fancy and comfortable, with great showers! Staff specially Kathleen (reception) went above and beyond to help us plan our trip! They brought towels and cleaned the room more than once a day!

The Luxury Hotel offers excellent service. Like other guests, we were offered an upgrade to our room in the Luxury Tower, located just one block from the hotel. It's a truly good hotel. The rooms are new and very spacious, clean, and have everything you need. The breakfast is excellent; it's buffet-style and offers a wide variety of foods, including juices, fruits, breads, pastries, and more. The staff is also very helpful and ready to help at any time. They truly reflect the friendliness of Colombia. Additionally, they even provide towels to take on sightseeing trips and to the resorts. I had a very good stay at this hotel. I would definitely come back.
